Circle of Excellence Awards Breakfast: Friday, March 2nd at the Trenton Country Club. 9 am – Networking/Vendor Tables/Coffee and 50/50 for HomeFront . 9:30 am – program will begin. $27 per person or $270 per table (10 people at table). Tables are available on first come basis. No tickets will be sold at the door.  Breakfast for Breakfast, please bring breakfast foods which will be donated to HomeFront. MCAR Dues

MCAR ANNUAL DUES for 2012 were Due January 1st. A 20% late fee will be applied to dues paid after January 31st. In keeping with the current trend, Mercer County Association of Realtors is now paperless for dues billing.  We use the email addresses we have in our system. You should have received an email from  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to log in, view your bill, print and make  the payment.
To pay your bill:
Step1 – go to www.mercerrealtors.com
Step 2-  Click on the right side logo (MCAR Annual Renewal Dues) and a new window will appear  
Step 3- Click on left side log in/log out (log in window will appaer)
Step 4 – Log in ID is your NRDS# (look up your NRDS# here) and password welcome (lower case)
Step 5 – Click on Pay My Bill
Step 6 -  Run your mouse over the gray box (in the center of your screen) until you see a link that says “click here to view invoice details”
Step 7 – When invoice opens, scroll to bottom where RPAC contribution appears and click modify to enter the amount you wish to pay, then click “apply”. (Once invoice is submitted, no refunds)
Step 8 – Add your invoice to cart
Step 9 – Click add payment information and follow instructions to complete transaction

Mortgage Round Table

Mortgage Round Table: Wednesday, February 15th at the American Legion Hall (next door to the MCAR office) at 8:30 am – continental breakfast, 9:15 am seminar will begin. Gateway Funding and The Mancino Team will discuss mortgage regulations that may affect your 2012 transactions. Plus updates on Appraisal’s – Condo Financing, HARP Programs – 1st Time Buyers, Emerging Markets – Jumbo/High Balance and Investor Loans. This is FREE Seminar. ABR 2 Day Seminar

ABR – 2 day Designation Course on Monday, February 27th - Tuesday, February 28th at the MCAR office. This Course includes entire CE requirements including Code of Ethics. This is 12 core credit class. Instructor Barbara Wolff will teach you about agency relationships, duties to clients and responsibilities to consumers, how agency relationships are established and much more. $199 per member (as long you are a realtor of any Realtor Association) and $225 per Non-Realtor Member. SFR Seminar

Foreclosure Seminar: Wednesday, February 29th at the MCAR Office.  SFR Seminar (Short Sale and Foreclosure-What every real estate agent needs to know) on Wednesday, February 29 8:30 am - 4:30 pm at the Mercer County Association of Realtors office with Barbara Wolff. 7 Continuing Education Elective Credits.  $99 per member and $125 per Non- Member. MCAR Orientation
